Why are we doing this?
👨🏫👩🏫The new number will allow us to answer your messages as soon as they arrive and to reach you for further enquiries much quicker.
📝Important Notes:
- Time sensitive topics will still be saved in the GoStudent system and support will be offered on weekends for those those time sensitive inquiries.
- Non time-sensitive topics will only be answered during the support hours (10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern time).
- You will be able to navigate through the support number by choosing “exit” & “back.”
- A new option was added to the support flow where you can provide feedback on your GoStudent experience so far!
