Quick reminders!

👉 Trial sessions: We need your availability in January for trial sessions! No availability on the Web App = no trial sessions booked. Log in now!

👉 Background check: If you have not yet provided or requested your background check, please do so by January 7th using this link. We will reimburse the cost ($ 15) in your monthly payment once you have your first regular student.

Payment update

  • Payments will be done monthly between the 12-17th
  • Payout threshold is $150. If you don't reach it, payment will be processed in the following month
  • Make sure you input your bank account information on the Web App

Please review your earnings on the Web App to make sure everything is correct. If you need to request adjustments, you have two options:

👉 On the Web App: You have until January 5th to request any adjustments from December via the Web App (on previous lessons, click the $ icon and request earnings review)
👉Payment adjustment sheet: Please fill it out (access it using this link) and send it to payment.us@gostudent.org by Jan 5th only if:
- You were not able to submit the request via the Web App (always your first option), or
- There are adjustments to be made from previous months, or
- You have sessions that are not on the Web App
