Tutor Team wanted to take a moment to speak on the topic of communication to help ensure that we are doing right by the tutors within our community and ensuring best practices. GoStudent, as a company, aims to provide full transparency and honesty throughout the tutor journey, and if ever you have questions, issues or concerns please reach out to the Tutor Team in the following ways:

We greatly appreciate you speaking up when things don’t look right or are not going right and rely on you to do so, because we will work to make it right. That is an assurance from our team. Communication is key, because without it, we cannot do better and we cannot support you to the best of our abilities.
To take care of anything in the most timely and efficient manner, we only ask that you reach out using the proper form of communication (listed above). This is imperative, because if the correct team has not been contacted, GoStudent is unable to make things right and support you.
With that, subject groups in WhatsApp are meant for subject-specific topics only. We ask that as a community we work together to ensure the proper groups are only used for relevant and productive topics that pertain to that group.
